Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries however if your country is not listed as a shipping destination please contact us

How long is delivery?
Click here for our shipping methods and delivery timeframes. Please note that due to the current Covid-19 pandemic there may be delays to our usual delivery timeframe due to third party delays and some boutique temporary closures.

Can I receive my order the same day?
Depending on where the stock is located we may be able to offer a same day delivery service. 

Is my order insured?
Should you wish to insure your order for an additional flat fee of AUD$15 you may select this option at the time of finalizing your order online.

Are there any duties or further taxes I need to pay?
Each country has its own tax thresholds, import duties, customs clearance fees. You will need to contact your local customs office to request this information. Please note that you are liable for any extra taxes and charges incurred by your country upon receiving the order if applicable.

Can you ship to multiple recipients?
Given the nature of our business, yes we are able to ship to multiple recipients in an utterly confidential manner.
