What is your exchange policy and how do I return an item?
Please notify us immediately should you wish to exchange or return your item as authorization must be given prior to you returning anything purchased online.
Please contact us with your concerns and you will be provided with the steps on how to proceed.
Please note, we do not give refunds for incorrect choice. We do however exchange for incorrect sizing on full priced merchandise.
You may return items once authorized in writing from im lingerie online and you will be given a return delivery address. Standard delivery terms stipulate that when returning your full priced items to us we ask that the goods be returned to us no later than 14 days from the date of shipping. If returning items via mail we advise that goods be returned registered or insured to guarantee their return to us. We cannot be held responsible if for some reason the items are not safely delivered to us. Any duties, customs clearance fees, taxes applicable to items being returned are the responsibility of the client.
In case of exchange, the goods must be returned in original sale condition complete with swing tags and proof of purchase. Goods may be exchanged by arrangement with im lingerie. Hosiery that has been opened may not be returned for exchange as a result of change of mind.
The cost of returning goods to the client is at the client's expense and any duties, custom clearance fees, taxes are the responsibility of the client. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Should you not find anything suitable for your exchange we will gladly offer you a Credit Note that is valid for 3 months from the date of issue enabling you to select something at a later date at a time convenient to you.

Can I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we may stop your order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched please contact us for further instructions. Please note, the shipping cost is not refundable if the order has already been dispatched. A 4% cancellation fee applies for all orders.
