What is the Best Undressed Club?
The Best Undressed Club is our in store and online loyalty programme. Members can join our official club when making their first purchase in store or online whereby their sales history is recorded with preferences. Should we have any events, sales or new collections you will be notified before the general public. Additional surprises and privileges are introduced throughout the year for those loyal clients who frequently purchase in store or online.

Am I a Best Undressed Club member?
If you completed and signed a membership form in store you are an im Member. If you have purchased online and registered an account you are an im Member. 

How do I join?
If you are purchasing in store you will be offered a membership form at the sale finalization stage. If purchasing online simply register an account at the time of purchase.

What is online membership versus in store membership?
Online and in store membership does vary slightly. With online membership we will be in contact more frequently due to the flexibility and immediacy of our online marketing tools informing you of the latest news as it happens. In store membership (without email) allows us access to your sales history and preferences with the occasional contact from us. However the principles remain the same; to offer unsurpassed service by going that extra mile.

How do I unsubscribe?
You may unsubscribe in two ways. You can contact us and request to be removed from our database(s) with the option to delete your details completely from all databases (please note that you will lose all im benefits) or delete your email address only but retain your other details on file while retaining your im benefits. Otherwise when receiving any emails from us you will always have the option of unsubscribing your email address.
