Should you wish for an urgent delivery please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to arrange this for you. Any increase in shipping fees charged for this service may be requested from you.

The forecast delivery timeframes are applicable to items in stock and ready to be shipped from our warehouse facility. Should an item not be in our warehouse and needs to be retrieved from one of our bricks and mortar boutiques you will need to allocate additional transit time.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is processed in a timely manner, during the current Covid-19 pandemic there may be a slight delay in dispatching and receiving your order due to delays with delivery partners. During the Christmas to New Year periods there may be delays incurred due to public holidays and the like. 

Our usual warehouse internal deliveries arrive twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays with  the bulk dispatch days falling on Wednesday and Friday. All the information regarding deliveries are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience. Delivery times depend on a parcel's place of origin and its destination. Any custom clearance delays need to be added on top of this timeframe. If you require an order to be sent to a country that is not listed on our order form destination, please contact us and we will be glad to arrange delivery.
