We stand behind the products we sell as each garment purchased is an investment in quality and our im name. Each collection is subjected to months of evaluation and development before a needle touches the fabric. Before arriving in Australia every single piece undergoes strict quality control procedures and again in Australia. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your garment and believe it is 'faulty' we will gladly assess the problem.
Garments may even be forwarded to the importer or manufacturer for assessment to determine the level of the fault and action to be taken. We advise that goods be returned registered or insured to guarantee their return to us. We cannot be held responsible if for some reason the items are not safely delivered to us. You may be required to show proof of purchase to validate the claim.
