The Express Post service is a next day delivery in most cases.
Should you wish for an urgent delivery please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to arrange this for you. Any increase in shipping fees charged for this service may be requested from you.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is processed in a timely manner, during the current Covid-19 pandemic there may be a slight delay in dispatching and receiving your order due to delays with delivery partners. During the Christmas to New Year periods there may be delays incurred due to public holidays and the like. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of a delay by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect address provided to us or the recipient delivery address varying to the person ordering.
The forecast delivery timeframes are applicable to items in stock and ready to be shipped from our warehouse facility. Should an item not be in our warehouse and needs to be retrieved from one of our bricks and mortar boutiques you will need to allocate additional transit time. Our usual warehouse internal deliveries arrive twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the bulk dispatch days falling on Wednesday and Friday. All the information regarding deliveries are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience. Delivery times depend on a parcel's place of origin and its destination. If you require an order to be sent to a country that is not listed on our order form destination, please contact us and we will be glad to arrange delivery.
